How can you miss something so bad
How can a loneliness for that one thing overwhelm you at times
Why can you imagine it so perfectly
And see it occurring a dozen times
echoing over and over
in your head
You know exactly what it is
but not so that you could describe it
How could you know all this
And not know who and what it is
And still miss it so badly
I miss a puzzle piece.
